1115265 - To reduce the memory consumption from vertical home screen

Vertical home screen consumes a significant amount of memory. Can we try to reduce that, and fit the 256MB minimum requirement? Thanks.

I am using 2.2 build, and the build ID is 20141105160209. It is an old build. But, it's what we had in early 2.2 and previous versions as well, I think.

After checking, it seems extra memory consumption was not caused by vertical home.

Test STR:
1. Boot up device.
2. Wait for screen off.
3. Wait for another 2 min.
4. get memory information.
