From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux 2.4.14 i686; en-US; rv:0.9.1) Gecko/20010610 BuildID: 2001061002 browser from slackware 8 distro. when slashdot is loaded with a small (50%) text size, and you attempt to resize it to 100% from the view menu, mozilla will get it wrong. A refresh solves the problem. Apologies if this is a duplicate. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Set text size to 50% 2.Bring up http://slashdot.org [steps 1 and 2 are interchangable] 3 set text size to 100%. Actual Results: The display looks considerably different to what it will do when you press 'reload' Expected Results: see above Mozilla from Slackware 8, apologies if this is a duplicate.
WFM, win98SE 0.9.6. That said, font issues have a nasty habit of being GUI-specific. Reporter: that is a very old build (10 June 2001, over 5 months ago now) - any chance you can re-test with something more recent?
bloody hell, sorry i didn't realise how old it was. iirc the CVS version i had a few weeks ago working with my LFS system (sadly destroyed due to a defective HDD) worked well. I probably just wanted to bring up the fact that it's being supplied with a reasonably up-to-date distro and it's broken.... IYSWIM... will try a CVS build from this slackware installation in a few days, will let you know outcome..
Worksforme on 0.9.6 win2k as well. I don't think we can do anything about Slackware using an old build... Sending over to XPApps and modifying summary.

Matt, any luck with that newer build?
in view of reporter's comment #2 above, and everyone else's WFM, marking this one WORKSFORME. Matt, if you still have a problem with a more recent build, feel free to re-open this bug
