User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:34.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/34.0 SeaMonkey/2.31
Build ID: 20141202220728
Steps to reproduce:
Just visiting some news pages, or forums. Its pretty much random and there is no specific page where it is happening repeatedly.
Bug occurs in both Seamonkey 2.31 and FF 34 in Windows 8.1.
Firefox 34 and Seamonkey running on kubuntu works fine.
Actual results:
There occur strange colored shapes on the website. They change color, size and shape when scrolling up and down, sometimes there are also just white bars across the website (like in the attached picture). It is only appearing in one browser tab at a time.
When I switch to desktop or another tab the issue vanishes most of the time.
Expected results:
No strange shapes and colors.
type about:support in the location bar and paste the section "graphics".

Clearly GPU issues, read http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1973952/asus-280x-dc2t-severe-artifacting.html
You should update your graphics drivers and play with the GPU settings.
This link could help, maybe: http://www.asus.com/us/Graphics_Cards/R9280XDC2T3GD5/HelpDesk_Download/
Or check the AMD support website for the drivers.
