Dear Ethan: I have checked this issue, when playing stuck video, video data written to the buffer‘s speed is fast than read data to decoder. So I think data from the network may be discarded if the decoder cannot read at a high enough rate, thus cause the stuck issue. BTW, I want to know the difference between flame and dolphin, are they using the same Codec for decoding data ? If this is our codec lead in, we will check our Codec first. Thanks.

Hi Lin, I have not jumped into this bug yet. But Flame and Dolphin use different CPUs. Flame uses Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 MSM8210. You can refer its spec here: https://developer.mozilla.org/zh-TW/Firefox_OS/Developer_phone_guide/Phone_specs

Hi Lin Hui, I've tried your links with Flame on 2.1 and 2.2. I can not reproduce your problem on both of them, so maybe it is as you said the hardware decoder's problem.

Could you help to check this issue in flame again? this issue happened on flame with rate 100%! Please according to the attachment's "step_to_repro.docx", try to check it in flame again. Many thanks!

I still can't reproduce, neither on both user build nor engineer build. I may have to ask our QA colleagues for help.

Hi Lin.hui - I also cannot reproduce this issue with my Flame 2.1...did you try this to reproduce this issue via Wifi or mobile data network? Also could you help to provide the RAM dump as well? Thanks

I tried again today, and I can reproduce sometimes now. I'll try to find out why.

After I put some logs in gecko and flash again, I cannot reproduce anymore. Perhaps the cause was unstable network condition.

I agree with you, perhaps the stuck issue depends on network condition, but when I playing some RTSP video in that site, sometimes the video skip to end time automatically, Have you found this problem? Thank you!

Yes, I have. At first, it stuck in a frame, and later it goes right to the end. This problem seems to happen along with the stuck problem.
