STR: There is a sd card in device and default media location is SD card. 1. Power off device and remove SD card. 2. Power on device and switch media location to internal via setting. 3. Switch media location to internal. 4. Send a file to device. Expected: Can receive file. Actual: Cannot receive file since external storage is not available.

Per discussion of bug 1110068, in v2.1/master, default storage location menu will be disabled while there is no external storage(SD card). And default storage will be changed to internal storage automatically. Even if, we cannot reproduce it on those branches. I think it's better to fix on v2.1/master too. In v2.0, it's affected. Will approval for fixing.

This problem is verified not to happen on latest Woodduck2.0 and Flame 2.2. 1. On Woodduck2.0, remove SD card-> power on device ->switch media location to internal **Device can receive file via Bluetooth successfully; 2. On Flame2.2, after remove SD card and power on device ** The default storage have changed to internal storage and the “Default media location” option is gray out, device can receive file via Bluetooth successfully; See attachments: Woodduck_video.MP4 Reproducing rate: 0/3 Woodduck 2.0 build: Gaia-Rev 688e86b46229e3281beb22fd29f723724eda9df5 Gecko-Rev bb95bcf5c2033a59b3261b93804151d1addb75eb Build-ID 20141230050313 Version 32.0 Flame 2.2 build: Gaia-Rev bdedbaf9f18a43c091ede770407d68d38582fe29 Gecko-Rev https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/8850aa0f5332 Build-ID 20141229010215 Version 37.0a1
