When you connect a WiFi with captive portal for login authentication and go to log-in page, the ToDo app can't be launched.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Prerequisite: 
1. Prepare an open WiFi with captive portal for login authentication. 
2. Download and install the test app in device from https://github.com/gerrycfchang/ToDo.git. 
3. Take the phone into the coverage of WiFi.  

Step:
1. Open the Settings app, enable Wi-Fi.
2. Click the captive portal Wi-Fi.
3. Open Browser app and navigate to www.google.com.
**The page will be redirected to log-in page of captive portal.
4. long press the Home button.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. The test app "ToDo"  is launched.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4. The test app can not be launched.

Steps of install ToDo app:
1. Download the test app from https://github.com/gerrycfchang/ToDo.git via PC
2. Unzip file and then connect device to PC.(Device should change Debugging via USB to "ADB and DevTools")
3. Launch FireFox Browser via PC.
4. Tap menu -> developer -> WebIDE.
5. Open the unzip file folder and select device.
6. Tap Run to install app.

ok thank you.  I suspect there might be more of a reason why this app can't be launched.  If it requires internet and you have not signed in on the captive portal, that might be the reason why.  This may need some further investigation...
