Update: This bug occurs on Photo mode. Video mode works fine.
This can be reproduced on the latest stable build(20150108). This happens 70% of the time. When this happens, the camera app goes dark and freezes for a second (or less) and comes back alive with a loading circle. Its almost as if the camera app refreshes itself and the preview circle disappears.
