111580 - Drop down lists not selectable

I have 'focus follows mouse' enabled using TweakUI on Win2k.  Whenever I click 
on the tab to bring down any drop-down box in a normal HTML page, the list 
appears.  However, when I move the mouse down to select an item from the list, 
it immediately disappears.  In order to get the list to stay up, I have to drag 
the mouse down while still holding the buttom down, move the pointer over to 
the slider bar (if available) and release over the slider instead of over the 
list itself.  This makes it extremely difficult to select an item from the 
list.  This occurs in 0.9.3 and 0.9.6 at least.
