Steps to reproduce:

looked at settings of the flash player, firefox and searched forums
downloaded and used other browsers to see if it was just firefox... it is



Actual results:

interface for youtube and other player videos are barely visible the text and buttons all have shrunk though the timeline and positioning of everything is still relative 


Expected results:

the flash player interface should be regular size
