 SDM "ro.clearcode.latam " doesn't work
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 Set SDM "ro.clearcode.latam " to 1, and test clear code feature, but it doesn't work, on additional information display when call ended
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 Clear code feature work normally

 This should be region feature request which involves call disconnect causes reporting, and clear code display on UI.
I assume this will be done by yourself.

Dear Shawn:
   I think I can alter the Gaia by myself but I do not know how to add a Gecko API that can get the value of "ro.clearcode.latam" from the sim card.Could you help to do this?

Hi Xingming:
 Per f2f talk, this need to check if rild report proper disconnect cause to gecko.
Gecko only needs to make sure handle all cause correctly, gaia can directly take care this value, and show according result on UI.
