Playing with the new "Increase constrast" option in OS X 10.10's Accessibility options, I find that while content correctly uses the light or dark focus ring colour as appropriate, the colour used around the location bar and search bar managed to get out of sync (using dark when "Increase constrast" is not selected and vice versa).
