1116082 - (App-grouping) Incorrect visual hint above group's existing position when dragging group

*Description:
After long tapping a group to move it, only top line of this group shows visual hint. The bottom line of this group does not show any visual hint.

*Steps:
1. enter homescreen edit mode
2. long tap a group which is between 2 groups

*Expected results:
After step 2, both top line and bottom line of the group show visual hint.

*Actual results:
After step 2, only top line of the group show visual hint, but bottom line does not.

I'm not really sure what you're describing, could you explain in more detail? Perhaps some screenshots would help.

As you can see in this screenshot, only upper line has color change for hint but bottom line does not.

Ok, I see what you mean - the problem here isn't that the 'bottom line' (there isn't actually a bottom line in the hierarchy) isn't there, as much as the upper line highlights. Putting the group on that upper line would not place it between itself and another group as that's its existing position.

The bug here is that the line is indicating what is essentially an invalid drop target - it's a variation of bug 1087656. Retitling to be clear. Don't really think this is a blocker, but I'll get round to fixing it when I'm back from PTO.

Marking this as a dupe of bug #1087656, as the fix fixes both issues.
