If I touch the search bar, the keyboard pops up, freezes for a few seconds and then the phone reboot. Same happens whenever the keyboard is invoked in browser. It works fine in other apps, for example SMS.

Still seeing this after flashing the last version. This time I even got a "gray screen" when it tried to reboot, had to remove the battery and restart.

Hi Francesco,
Need some preconditions to repro this issue?
I have tried to reproduce this issue after flash device or reset phone more than 10 times, Nothing will occur but the keyboard pop up slowly. Do you think the issue has been resolved?

I use this phone only for testing purposes, so I might try to reset it and see if it reproduces, but I think there's value in keeping the phone as it is and try to figure out what happens (unless you tell me otherwise).

I just flashed the phone with flame-kk from pvt (using B2G-flash-tool and keeping the user profile)

Tap the search bar, cursor will stop blinking in a about a second, then phone reboots.

Must also be noted that I'm not using the latest base version (v188, I think there's a later variant around but not public).

Unable to get crash/reboot to occur on latest Flame 2.2 after 7+ re-flashes. Keyboard appears almost immediately after tapping search bar from homescreen, no reboot occurs.
