When attempting to connect to a B2G device with the rocketbar active, confirmation dialog is under search results

STR:
1. Take a B2G device which has devtools debugging enabled
2. Go to the homescreen and tap on the search bar at the top
3. Type in a couple of letters (e.g. "he") to get some search results
4. Try to connect to the device from WebIDE
Expected:
The dialog to accept the incoming remote debugging request is on top of the rocketbar search results
Actual:
The dialog is under the search results and cannot be clicked on. Dismissing the search brings the dialog to the foreground.
