I'm running Firefox OS 2.2 (build 2014-12-30) on a Nexus 4. After some starts of the E-Mail app, it started to show the inbox screen two times. Closing the app and open it again didn't solve it. Restarting the phone didn't solve it, too. So I deleted my account, this resulted in a duplicated "first use" login screen (see attached screen shots). It worked first, no it's unusable.
