This happens to me on Stable and Dev Edition (confirmed with a few other friends as well). STR: 1) go to https://twitter.com/miketaylr/status/550781023596732416 2) scroll down a little bit (you may have to adjust the size of the browser window, depending on your screen) Expected: Scrolls down. Actual: Jumps back up (multiple times).
I've reached out to a friend at Twitter who is going to forward to the Timeline team.
