Steps to reproduce:

Access the Marketplace from the simulator or the desktop client (can't say for real devices as I don't own one yet) and go to the reviews section of a webapp with lots of reviews.


Actual results:

The reviews are sorted by date alone instead of date and locale. So reviews from many languages are mixed together making finding a review a user can read a tedious task.


Expected results:

Users are primarily interested in reviews they can actually read. A review, say, in Spanish is worthless to someone who can't read Spanish. Same goes for all other languages.

The default should be sorting by date (so that most recent reviews appear on top) but also prioritizing reviews on the same language as the one reported as the device language. So someone with English as their default device language should first see all the reviews in English sorted by date, instead of every possible language mixed together.

Fortunately, this is something already on our radar and (possibly?) actively being worked on in bug 875455. If you'd like to follow the progress, I'd suggest CCing yourself to that bug.
