111748 - Keyboard input is not accepted in forms or URL-bar after adding bookmark

Keyboard input into text fields within forms or the URL bar is ignored after
adding bookmarks or managing bookmarks.
Try the folowing (Build 2001112009, Win98-german):

- open page with single line form input (e.g. www.heise.de, Fireball search field)
- add bookmark for this page (or open bookmark manager and close)
- try typing into text field or the URL bar

The keyboard input will mostly be ignored. Hitting "f" will open the "Bookmark
this page" popup from the right-mouse-button context menu. Clickable elements in
the form will work as expected. Text fields or the URL-bar are only accessible
again after restarting the browser.

Cannot reproduce it on same build, Win98. Probably has the same root as bug 107405.

reporter: do you still see this problem with the latest build?

and are you sure keyboard input is disabled AFTER bookmarks and not straight
after opening a new window?

if it's straight after opening new window (intermittent problem), then this is
bug 82534.

wfm: winnt, build 20020311 (0.9.9).

I went to www.heise.de and www.fireball.de and bookmarked each page thereafter.
Then I tried to type something into the URL field. It worked fine. I did not see
any problems here.

I am using 1.0 RC 1 on Windows 98.
