What feature should be changed? Please provide the URL of the feature if possible. ================================================================================== In the Skill level filter in the search sidebar, currently the order of filter options is 1) I'm Learning 2) I'm an Expert 3) Intermediate. Might be better if Intermediate is put between the other two. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/search?q=episode What problems would this solve? =============================== Not really a "problem" right now. Who would use this? =================== Everyone who searches in MDN and uses the filters What would users see? ===================== Filter options ordered in a more intuitive manner. What would users do? What would happen as a result? =================================================== Filter, get results. Is there anything else we should know? ======================================

Great, thanks Bikramjeet! Have you set up MDN locally yet? http://kuma.readthedocs.org/en/latest/installation-vagrant.html If so, you can set up a bug branch and get started. [1] This particular bug is in our search results template [2], with filters coming from django models. [3] So this may not actually be a good first bug, unless you're already very comfortable with django models? If not, that's fine - we'll be happy to mentor you on another mentored bug. Either way, since this bug goes all the way to the model layer (and not just the template layer like I thought), I'm going to remove the mentor on it. Sure thing. Note that it might be a bit more involved now that we've updated & changed our search code. But you can give it a try.

Amit, how much experience do you have with django, django-rest-framework, and/or ElasticSearch? You'll need to be familiar with them all to work on this bug.
