User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/39.0.2171.95 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: We try to reset password for user ABV-Team (abvdev@netinfocompany.bg). Actual results: "An email has been sent to the requested account with further information. If you do not receive an email then please confirm you have entered the same email address used during account registration." But we do not receive an email! Expected results: Receive an email with password reset url!

It looks like this address was forwarding to another address b*lov@abv.bg (obfuscated for privacy) and was marked invalid on September 28th in 2011: > 550 5.1.1 <b*lov@abv.bg>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table I cleared the block on the address in comment 0. Trying again should work.
