STR: * Open Facebook, log into Facebook. * Go to your profile page. Hover over your profile picture. * The 'Update Profile Picture' text appears along with the camera image undergoing an animation of getting smaller and then at the smallest, getting a little bit bigger. What happens: The transition of the camera image from large to smallest and then an increase looks bumpy, uneven in Nightly as well as stable Firefox. You must observe the entire transition carefully to observe it. It happens quite smoothly in Chrome, something which appears smooth and even and beautiful. I feel this is an issue with the browser and not the website. I've tried to capture this in a screen cast. Attaching them, not sure how effectively I was able to though.

If anyone considers that the component is not the right one, please change it to a more appropriate one.
Component: Untriaged → Graphics
