This skips the test on b2g so other tests on the emulator run when, at least until it's fixed properly.

Hi Chris, sorry I did not disable it myself. I tried various things but to no success. Also talked to David Burns and he's never seen an issue like that. He, however, suggested borrowing a box from releng to see if it times out because of being too slow when this test runs.

No problem! Thanks for looking in to it. I was just pushing to try and wondering whether my changes were b2g friendly. 

checkin-needed without a try run because this is a manifest only change disabling a consistently failing test on b2g.
