I got this behavior now twice within 5 min by doing a combination of:
Open installed yelp app,
open bookmarked site
type in rocketbar
expand,collapse rocket bar
pull down utility tray
turn off screen from time to time by pressing power button

I can reproduce this issue. Steps-wanted and branch check are included in this post.

STR:
0) Insert two SIMs into device
1) Connect to Wifi
2) Go to Rocketbar and install Yelp app via Marketplace
3) Open Yelp app
4) Swipe the finger upwards to minimize the address bar/Rocketbar interface
5) Pull down the utility tray

Observe status bar showing overlapping icons.

This only occurs with 2 SIMs and only in portrait mode. I wasn't able to repro the issue with regular Browser session or via a Bookmark from Homescreen. It could happen to other installed apps that uses Browser but I haven't tested it.

Confirmed that with bug 1115829 attachment 8545222 [details] [review] patch applied, the overlapping status bar issue is fixed following STR at comment 4. The status bar displays properly with the patch.

I found a similar problem on flame 2.2,this is for your reference.
