Details

Though this is a corner case , it is important to release all resources (close all the channels opened by differenr applications) held by Gaia apps in the event of gecko restart (or) gecko crash etc. If this mechanism is not in place, then it may lead to resource starvation until the phone is hard reset.
Also this bug may also track few other  'resource starvation' usecases such as :
"What if a Gaia application opens the channel forever and not do anything with it?"
