Steps to reproduce:
1.click on 'my time' option in 'mywipro' portal
2.Enter duration of efforts in L&D field
3. Click on 'Update' button
Actual results:
1. Application is opening efforts page
2. Application is accepting invalid efforts
Expected results:
1. Application should open efforts page
2. Application should accept efforts value
3. Application should display warning message
