This was a fresh profile on the latest nightly.  This is the sheet that came down for me when I launched this fresh profile on the machine.  I've seen this happen when using Zpao's always ask when quitting extension on Firefox release channel as well, but this is the first time I've seen it in the Firefox core product.

I've only seen this on sheets.  When I click the button, the text shows up just as the sheet is dismissed.

1) the text appears when I tab *in* to the button
2) the text appears when I :hover over the button
