UX is attached to this bug 1082950.
Issue "we had designed using gravatars in Hello - but it failed the privacy review because even if a person didn't set up gravatars - we always sent to check and also tried to grab gravatars for their contacts.
privacy has said it would be sufficient to have a UX at some point that just asks for permission to access Gravatars."
