This is a security-sensitive document, so I'm not sure where is best:
 * web server on fwunit1 itself (so, using network ACLs to limit access)
 * mana (not sure how hard it is to upload to mana)
 * some special pile-of-files vhost like https://firewall-tests.pub.build.mozilla.org with LDAP auth
 * some nifty 'reports' module in relengapi

Mana seems a good choice (this is "INTERNAL" data).  :kang even has a bit of work on uploading to Mana already in place:
