User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.10; rv:34.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/34.0
Build ID: 20141126041045

Steps to reproduce:

After the set period of inactivity, Flame goes to sleep.
- I wake it from sleep by pressing the power button.
- I enter the lock screen code
- Pull down the menu with the intention of enabling activate cellular data connectivity.

Note: This does not happen at all times, though it does happen frequently enough to be frustrating - especially after an extended sleep period.

I have a habit of disabling cellular data when not actually using the net, thus it is likely that cellular data access is disabled before Flame goes to sleep.

Actual results:

- The fourth icon (for cellular data) changes and has a different appearance (presumably indicating no data connection)
- When I touch it, nothing visibly happens on screen (as though it's not a button after all)
- I have to restart the phone in order for the usual 'H' icon to appear.

Expected results:

- The fourth icon displays the 'H' that I usually use to connect to the internet
- When I touch it, I gain cellular data connectivity.
- I can surf the internet freely and without the dreaded restart.
PS. I am using Flame, with latest nightly build (2.2). I am in the inner city area of a major city of Australia with reliable data connectivity. I use a prepaid Vodafone SIM.
One more thing. It's probably obvious but the icon when cellular data is inaccessible is like a square with the upper left and bottom right corners cut.
Component: Gaia::System → RIL
Update:
If I click Mobile Data, SIM 1 Settings, then choose "APN settings" or perhaps "Network Operator" the data connection becomes available (becomes a H) in the pull-down menu once again.

Though this seems to trigger the enabling of the data connection, I don't think this should be a required step.
I moved to a new network operator. For the past few months, I have no longer had this problem.
