User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; WOW64; rv:34.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/34.0 Build ID: 20141126041045 Steps to reproduce: Open add on manager go to Get Add-ons click on More ways to customize -> Browse all add-ons Actual results: The browse add on tab open with a blank page for a couple of seconds then Thunderbird crash but the process is still opened therefore to re-open thunderbird I have first to close the process then restrat it Expected results: the add-on web page should have opened in Thunderbird. I am attaching a screenshot of my add-ons
Massimo, do you see this problem when using versoin 38 beta from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/channel/

yes.. as soon as I click on "browse all add-ons then thunderbird IDE close but the process is still opened. Because I am not using thunderbird as my default application, what I'll do is to totally uninstall it and then installing it without any add-ons and see if the problem persist. what do you think?

Massimo, We will need a stacktrace. Also, if you skip step 1 or 2 does the problem still reproduce? 1. Open add on manager 2. go to Get Add-ons 3. click on More ways to customize -> Browse all add-ons

Hi Wayne, after latest releases I cannot replicate this issue any more so I think it is safe to close this ticket. I will mark it as resolved.
