Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/38.0.2125.104 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the "gauth" application on the Firefox Marketplace
2. Install the application
3. Confirm to install the application
4. Go to the homescreen of the platform

The application installed is: http://gauth.apps.gbraad.nl/manifest.webapp which contains a icons sections defining: 16, 48, 128, 256 and 512 as size.

For screenshots about the issue, please see https://github.com/gbraad/html5-google-authenticator/issues/51

Actual results:

Within Firefox:
The install dialog after step 2 should show the application icon. At the moment, the default rocket is shown on either Windows, Linux, and probably other platforms/

On Android:
The installer on Android does not show an icon for the application (the default Android droid) is shown. This results in the launcher also having the default icon.

On Windows:
The launcher on Windows shows a confirmation with a default rocket icon. This also results in the application icon to be the standard icon. When launched, the icon in the titlebar is the small tiny rocket and also on the taskbar of Windows.

Expected results:

The icons are showing the application icon.
