Following on from some discussions already had on ... I thought it best to open this as a separate bug and track questions and implementation details regarding the language picker, and it's effect on the displayed questions, here.

"2 Let the helper select between en, pt or es to receive alerts on questions submitted in these languages"

-- So for now, we will just hard code the language choices as en, pt and es?

From the other comments it seems that we will then only return question in the selected language from the user profile. In order for the user to see question in one of the other languages, he/she will have to update their profile, selecting another language.

We can't make any sense of this at this point, but it seems like a bunch of other user stories already cover this one.
