Once https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1118760 lands we need to configure the local settings on moztrap dev, stage and prod. I can't specify the DSNs until https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1118760 is resolved.
