There is already a WIP pull request @ https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/pull/2821 I just wanted to get a bug filed.  This should speed up our tests.  Some more info @ https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/mozilla.dev.webdev/KshagNXGo28
