Actually this is maybe already available on AMO and we can steal the RPM?

Anyway, please cook up this new library.  I upgraded it in our requirements file but will wait to land the patch until this is everywhere.  Thanks.

Created m2crypto package and bumped version in puppet on dev/stage https://github.com/mozilla-services/svcops-puppet/commit/4c0ac290f47b8de82fad797302f45b01102b88e1.

We can push this out to prod in next week's push.
