[1.Description]:
[Flame][v2.1&v2.2][Dialer]Enable "Passcode lock" in "Settings"-> "Screen lock" then  press "EMERGENCY CALL"  key in lock screen several times, a black view will flash past.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Enable "Passcode lock" in "Settings"-> "Screen lock".
2. Press "Power" key to lock the device.
3. Unlock device and press "EMERGENCY CALL"  key.
4. Input some digits in dial pad and then tap the "Cancel" key.
5. Repeat step 3--4 for 3 to-5 times

[3.Expected Result]: 
5. It will load to dial page without black view.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5. Around 4 times, a black view will flash past.

Hard to tell, my guess is that it might be caused by some issue in the system app's window management code but I can't be sure.
