this is how it is appearing

Steps to reproduce:
1.) in rtl language unlock from lock screen.
in the left corner is the time
(in the simualtor when you are inside phone apps e.g. sms, phone, etc... the time seems to be doing the same thing)
Actual results:
the time is off set to the left to far so that all you see is the last number in the time.
after firefox goes to refresh the status bar then goes back into how its supposed to be
Expected results:
time should be properly set on the bar so its viewable and alligned with the other status objects
