We have a few browser-chrome tests that rely on UnifiedComplete. At the moment, while UnifiedComplete is disabled by default, they just don't run on CI. That's pretty dangerous - I think we need to force-enable UnifiedComplete in these tests so they can run all the time (and reset it when they're done).
