Test: “Border conflict resolution - adjacent cells with same border-style and border-width”
Test Case: border-conflict-element-001e == border-conflict-element-001e-ref
Testing: CSS 2.1 § 17.6.2.1, CSS 2.1 § 8.5.2

Result: FAIL

This bug is a DUPLICATE of bug 325074 : [BC] Table edges and corners when border-collapse: collapse should follow specificity

proves this. But I think we should resolve bug 325074 as a DUPLICATE of this bug for various reasons...
