This bug is a DUPLICATE of bug 325074 : [BC] Table edges and corners when border-collapse: collapse should follow specificity Their testcase https://bug325074.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=209993 with its expected result: https://bug325074.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=210048 proves this. But I think we should resolve bug 325074 as a DUPLICATE of this bug for various reasons...
