User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:37.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/37.0 Build ID: 20150108030220 Steps to reproduce: Opened a link on a new tab to: http://www.breitbart.com/national-security/2015/01/08/6-times-the-obama-administration-said-its-job-was-to-promote-islam/ and got: >A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop >the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete. > >Script: http://www.breitbart.com/natio…-its-job-was-to-promote-islam/:0 Clicked Stop Script; but browser unresponsive for 30 seconds each time Stop Script was clicked. Tried switching to other FF windows; but they were all blank until the Script dialog came up again. Repeated, all 11 FF windows (grouped into one KDE window) disappeared. Thought it had crashed; but everything was minimized. Actual results: Until I finally managed to: - Stop Script - Click tab's Close button Until I got to that sequence, FF would appear to recover and immediately minimize itself.
Summary: script stalls, hangs entire browser → script stalls, hangs entire browser for 30 seconds
ARGH... I hate when a problem shows up, is initially reproducible; then doesn't show later... Closing for now...
