I've been trying to access splice to update tiles, but I've been unable to connect all day today.

ssh: connect to host prod-infernyx port 22: Operation timed out
add `-p 2222` to your ssh command. the infernyx host is behind a load balancer now, and the load balancer can't do port 22.
