New distributions can't be uploaded as the menu gets highlighted red.
I worked around this thinking it's because "deploy" checked but leaving it unchecked results in red dropdown and Tiles published but NOT deployed: Then reloading the page and selecting the just published list seems to maybe have worked?
Turns out this might just be a display issue. The tiles might actually end up deployed and published even when it shows up red.
I've been trying to deploy and publish together, and I keep getting 504 or 0. The latter might be related to how I keep getting Connection to prod-infernyx closed by remote host.
Mardak, does this issue still occur?
