[Flame][v2.1][Message]There is a gap in Message's time tag, and you can find it when you drag a draft to the position under the time tag.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition:There are some drafs composed on different dates in Message APP.
1.Open message.
2.scroll screen and drag the pencil icon to the position under time tag. 

[3.Expected Result]: 
2.Pencil icon will be covered by time tag.

[4.Actual Result]: 
2.Pencil icon will not be covered by time tag.

I believe it's a dupe of bug 1080820 that hasn't been uplifted to v2.1 yet. Please, re-open if you believe it's not.
