*Description
As page 12 of [1] describes, when user relaunches an app from Task Manager, it should display "LAUNCH SCREEN" and then enter app view.

*Steps:
1. open some apps
2. enter task manager
3. tap one of these tabs to relaunch that app

*Expected results:
After step 3, "LAUNCH SCREEN" with a small icon and app title should be displayed.

*Actual results:
After step 3, it directs user to app view.

You can see the test steps in below video. Besides, if I switch to another app not from card view, the "LAUNCH SCREEN" displays as expected.

I'm not sure this is a bug. If the app was closed while in the background, we should see the launch screen as the app starts back up. But if we can switch back to it and transition cleanly from the view in the task manager to the app itself, that seems like a good thing? 

When using the edge gesture to switch between apps, we see the app's icon overlaid on a screenshot before switching to that app. Its not quite the same context as in the task manager where you see screenshot and the title and icon below. That's my take on it anyhow, Francis can you confirm is this is good as-is or a bug?

Hi Sam, yes, this is good as is. The spec mentions that the relaunching behaviour should only occur if the app is no longer active.
