Steps to reproduce:
Run the latest nightly build of the b2g desktop client on Windows 8.1 (however I've come across this issue with nightlies since -at least- December). Same nightly works normally on a different computer running Windows XP.
Actual results:
Scrolling parts of the UI leads to artifacts that appear to be leftover from the previous image on the screen.

Expected results:
Scroll normally without graphical glitches
