[1.Description]:
According to Bug 1080799 in Comment 32, this bug is filed.
[Flame][v2.1][Settings]The hidden network can't be connected successfully after user forget the hidden network the first time and input password to connect it again.
Attch:video_1302.mp4 and logcat_1302.txt.
Found time:13:02

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Go to Settings->Wi-fi->Manage networks->Join hidden network.
2.Input SSID network name and Password, then tap OK.
**The hidden network (SSID:"79") will be connected.
3.Tap on this hidden network and confirm to forget network.
4.Tap on "Join hidden network" again.
5.Repeat step 2.
6.Back to Wifi page,tap on "79" .
**User need input password.

[3.Expected Result]: 
5.The hidden network can be connected again.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5.The hidden network (SSID:"79") can't be connected successfully.
