If input type is a screenshare instead of a camera it appears that the constraints have no effect.  I'm not sure it's been agreed upon exactly how they should work, but I assume they should have some effect.  Test case incoming.
To use the test case you will need to add "*.bugzilla.mozilla.org" to "media.getusermedia.screensharing.allowed_domains" in about:config

Currently the screenshare shows the same regardless of how the constraints are set.
