I can't say when this started but I noticed on today's nightly that the NYTimes homepage text looks really jagged, see screenshot. I'll attach my gfx info in a sec.
I guess I'm mostly referring to the larger headline text.
Although, it looks identical on Chrome42 and IE11...
CC'ing jonathan in case he knows what's going on here. If not a regression window would be the place to start.

Offhand, no particular ideas. Try comparing some older releases to see whether our rendering has really changed? Maybe the NYT has changed the font they're using, and the new one doesn't antialias as nicely on Windows?
Does it look the same with a fresh profile, by the way?
It looks the same with a new profile. I'll try an older version, but maybe this is just the NYT font...
