Searches triggered by a search engine keyword (defined in Preferences->Search) in the location bar are not recorded in FHR currently, and they probably should be. To fix this, we probably want to add calls to recordSearchInHealthReport() in any caller of getShortcutOrURIAndPostData that ends up loading a search. To do that we'll probably want to add an "outparam" (i.e. a parameter that gets passed to its aCallback) to getShortcutOrURIAndPostData that indicates whether the returned URI/postData is from a search engine, and also provides the search engine information (to be passed to recordSearchInHealthReport).
