1121173 - Switching to the "Hide English" view does not resize toolbars of CKEditor

What did you do?
================
1. Opened https://developer.mozilla.org/fr/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Objets_globaux/Array/pop$edit (a non en-US page) 
2. Switched to "fr" only view by clicking on "Hide English (US)" button

What happened?
==============
The toolbars of CKEditor are not resized properly.

What should have happened?
==========================
The toolbars should have been resized to be like the en-US view of edition (see toolbars on https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Global_Objects/Array/entries$edit )

Is there anything else we should know?

If I'm not mistaken, this was not a problem before the update -> CKEditor4.

On the en-US edition (no l10n here) toolbars are ok
